Safe-Fire TempVision5000 System started to show result at Ratu Power Plant, Indonesia

 

The TempVision5000 system installed at level B, Unit 3 at Ratu Power Plant, has been in service since October 2024.  The performance and quality of the system exceed the expectation during its initial operation in Q4 2024.  The power plant is already experiencing an efficiency improvement of 1.44 %.

With the guidance of the TempVision 5000 system, the plant is able to balance the combustion status by minimizing the temperature deviations of each burner.  Still at its infancy of service, the plant operational personnel have observed noticeable improvement in the boiler efficiency in a short period and delivering significant financial benefits.
