History

Safe-Fire’s reputation for providing outstanding results stretches back 20 years, when the business focused on servicing various boilers and related equipment. As our combustion engineering expertise grew, we expanded into the design of boiler front equipment, partnering with a variety of manufacturers.

Over the years, Safe-Fire has made great strides. In 2006, it had become clear that the Asian market was underserved and that our company could offer a timely solution, so we established Safe-Fire in Australia. This gave us the platform to successfully service Asia, which now is home to more than 200 boilers that rely on Safe-Fire products.

We have expanded not just into new markets, but also into new industries, including power generation, steel, oil and gas. Driving Safe-Fire’s success is our ability to develop unique products that can adapt to the harshest environmental conditions and meet the strictest international certifications and standards.

In 2008, focusing on U.S. market, we relocated our headquarters to California. Shortly after, our market presence grew again with the establishment in 2010 of engineering centers in China and Texas. With engineering capability at both sides of the Pacific, Safe-Fire is able to bring international experience, faster response times, and greater value to our customers.

We will continue to evolve as we apply ever-improving technology and adapt to the changing global markets. The future for Safe-Fire is bright, and in 2011 we plan to open an office in India to capitalize on our success in that rapidly developing region.
